What is a land use plan?
| It is a compilation of information about a township such as population, housing, zoning, land use and more. It also includes recommendations on such topics that may assist in making decisions as to how the township should develop.
The Plan is also the basis for which the township is authorized to adopt zoning regulations per Ohio Revised Code 519.02. |
