Jarred Miller is a lifelong Geauga County resident, having resided in Burton township for more than a decade, as well as previously living in Claridon Township and Burton Village.  He is currently serving in his second term as a Burton Township Trustee. He is married to his wife of over 20 years, Jody, with whom he has four children. Jarred is the Operations Manager for Arms Trucking in East Claridon. He is a member of the New Testament Baptist Church where he also teaches Sunday School.  He is a Berkshire High School graduate and has coached youth sports for several years within the Berkshire community.

In his capacity as Trustee, he has served as past chairman and HDAC Representative, and is currently the liaison for Township Parks, the Administrative Building,  Grounds & Maintenance, and the Fire Department. Jarred is also the Vice President of the Geauga County Township Association.  He is the township’s alternate representative to the HDAC (Health District Advisory Board) and an appointee to the CRA (Community Reinvestment Area) Committee.

Jarred is thankful for the opportunity to faithfully serve Burton Township residents alongside his fellow trustees and fiscal officer.

Jarred’s term ends December of 2027.
